Panache Acres - Princess

Panache Acres Princess was a 17.2hh 1989 registered black Percheron mare. She was by the late champion stallion, Blackhome Grandeur Lyn. Princess represented the first generation of Percheron horses bred by Panache Acres. She had a gorgeous face with a large white circular star. She was a very stylish mare when hitched and had great action. Princess was euthanized in April 2007 due to a bleeding cyst in her uterus. Princess is shown above with her 2005 sporthorse filly Luna.

We also bred and raised Princess's full sister, Panache Acres Star. Star gave us a number of wonderful foals including Duke, our first sport horse, and Queen's Beauty, one of our foundation mares. We lost Star to colic in the fall of 1996.

Princess's last foal (picture above) is now a fashionable harness mare!
